I went to the Ugly Grouper before and had excellent service but not tonight. We had to wait 35 minutes to be seated and then we waited another 10 minutes before a server even came to our table, and when I said something about it she snapped at me instead of apologizing. And at the end of our experience she screwed us on our checks and overcharged us not even giving us our correct change back, and snapped at us for that as well.
