Loved it!! Great food and friendly service. Definitely will be going back.
Went there for dinner with the family yesterday. Drink and appitizer orders were taken within 10 minutes, but then we sat forever waiting for the apps to arrive. The worst part was the hour plus wait for our dinner orders to show up. The wait staff seemed to be in a very chaotic state. I'm guessing this isn't the norm, but it made for a very unpleasant and stressful visit.
Great food great atmosphere kid friendly great music. We will be coming back for sure.
This was our first time to the Ugly Grouper, we saw many great reviews and were expecting a good experience. Well it was the complete opposite!! I don't know if it was our waitress or the cooks but a lot of the food was wrong!! Fries were extremely under cooked and we asked for a new batch and they came out the same way. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun! My girls enjoyed playing all of the outdoor games.
