We highly recommend the Tyler Osby Team!!! We closed on our new home in just a little less than 30 days. Everything was very professional and extremely well organized. It made the whole process stress-free. What a great group to work with!
Tyler and his team were awesome. We couldn't believe how quickly they were able to process our loan so we could move into our new house. He also made it easy to complete paperwork while we were located in a different part of the state via email. Their quick responses to phone calls and emails during all times of the day is service you can't get from all mortgage companies. We would definitely recommend his team to anyone in need of a loan.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Tyler and team were excellent! They educated me up front on how the home buying process works, then walked me through each step of the way to my closing day. Tyler did an amazing job! We found a house and needed a loan quick. I really didn't think anyone would be able to get it done so soon. He was able to help us with any questions we had and gave us a great recommendation on insurance options. There is no doubt that their team is the best in Des Moines.
