I bought my first house with Tyler and his team. It was such a great and easy experience. Tyler seems almost always available by email... I've even received responses at 11 PM at night! The level of customer service provided by their team is almost unheard of under today's standards. I loved how they gave me weekly emails updating me on the status of my loan prior to closing. Tyler and his team are fantastic! They take a daunting task and make it seamless and enjoyable. He is very quick to answer emails and is incredibly knowledgeable! I cannot say enough nice things about Tyler and his team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tyler and his team made a very intimidating process very easy to understand. I definitely recommend the first time home buyers workshop! And I'll recommend Tyler to anyone I know buying a house. Everyone buying a house deserves someone that will tell it like it is and go over ALL your options. Thanks Osby team for making this process so easy. As a first time homeowner, I am so thankful for the Tyler Osby team. I attended a first time homebuyer workshop and Tyler answered a majority of my questions and concerns. Once approved, Tyler and his team basically held my hand through the entire process. From frantic phone calls to late night emails, Tyler and his team were instantaneously there for me.
