We've worked with Tyler on 4-5 separate loans now. Each experience is consistently amazing. Now only do he and his team deliver on schedule, but every single number is spot on or favorable when it comes time to close. I can't express how easy and enjoyable they make the process of getting a new or refinanced mortgage.
First things first, we're skeptical with just about everything when it comes to spending a lot of money. But, working with Tyler and his team put so many of our questions and concerns at ease! Starting with the first consultation meeting, we felt confident that Tyler and his team would go above and beyond for us, and they did! They responded very quickly, they covered all bases without us even worrying about it. Overall, no questions about it, The Tyler Osby Team won our confidence and we would use them again!

Fantastic experience dealing with Tyler and his team. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Couldn't believe the fact, that we had an email conversation at 2 a.m. On a Saturday night... I know of no other finance person who would do this for a client. They were always available by phone, by email, and even when he was on a plane! Truly, went above and beyond the call to get my deal done!!!!
I never knew the home buying process could be so straightforward! No surprises, very knowledgeable and a great group of people that just want to help people. Every step of the way, they were there to answer questions, give advice and they were amazing with communicating every detail. My wife and I could not have asked for a better first time home buying experience. If you are even thinking about purchasing a home and maybe not sure where to start, attend his workshop! We did and now we are homeowners!
Tyler and his team were recommended to us by a friend and an awesome recommendation it was! Our situation was a bit "complicated" but Tyler seemed unphased by the issue. He assured us he could get us approved and did, we closed on our house on time and without issue! Overall it was a great experience!
