The Tyler Osby Team was very professional, personable, helpful and available. They answered all my questions and serviced my loan with no surprises! They defined all of our options without bias. We searched for the "perfect home" for 9 months and they stayed in contact with us throughout the process and were able to finalize our loan painlessly. We even moved our closing date up! I would highly recommend the Tyler Osby Team to anyone who values great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Basically the easiest home buying experience ever. Tyler is extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in the lending market. He takes the time to make sure you have all your ducks in a rows and to make sure you understand everything that is going on with your loan. We also worked with Tyler on a refinance and that was an excellent experience as well.

Tyler Osby and his team were amazing. They were nothing but friendly. I was a first time home buyer and had hundreds of questions and repeat questions that I was sending them daily. They were responsive, friendly, helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. Follow ups were routine for them. They wanted to make sure I had the best experience I could with the process. To be honest, everything went to smoothly, that when they handed me my keys, I said "That's it?". I've used Tyler and his team for both a refinance and purchasing a home. Both experiences have been great. He and his team do a great job of explaining the process and answering any questions you have so there aren't any surprises. Their rates are just as good or better than any bank you can find out there. Their constant contact and organization skills are what sets them apart from everyone else. Tyler's slogan of on-time and under budget is very true so don't find out the hard way and go somewhere else!
