Staff was very professional and the experience was cool. It was nice to have an alternative to Mike's but unfortunately for the premium wash, only one side had the tire shine and I still had some dirt spots left on the truck, especially on the doors. Great concept, hopefully I'll come back within a couple months to try again
Used the Tube for the first time today. Very impressive. Great staff and Fantastic wash job. The Tube beats the other car wash hands down. You can be sure I will be back.
The VIP wash was okay. Only cleaned about half the brake dust off the wheels. Left a little soap on the vehicle. Left some spots not totally clean. Knocked both of mirrors forward.
Gave it a try last night unfortunately it didn’t get my car cleaned.
As a person who drives a lifted truck it's hard to find a carwash that can accommodate my truck. When I first drove up I questioned if I would fit but a very nice lady that was working came outside and measured my truck just to be safe so no accidental damage was done. I am over satisfied with the outcome of this car wash. I will always bring my truck back to The Tube Car Wash.
The car wash itself was good.. However tonight , my second time through, I almost rear ended the truck in front of me. As we came to the dryer section the truck in front of me stopped. And it was pulling me into it. I had to put it in reverse quickly to avoid collusion. The truck took off.. they started the wash back up.. and then my civic stopped in the dryer section as well. I bought the VIP Unlimited Wash. I like the hours and the vacuums are powerful.
Smooth, easy ride on effortless conveyor system. Lower Prius window streaky with some suds on exit but otherwise clean car. Powerful easy to use vacuums, however, two bays out of order. At least five others available.
