My husband and I both purchased the unlimited plans. It’s quick and convenient the way the lines are set up - no long waits like their competitors. Friendly staff. The free vacuums are super good. Great wash - we’ve always had great experiences.
We paid for the Sunset special which was 12.00. The cashier charged us 14.00 and tried to keep the extra 2.00. We looked at the receipt and noticed the discrepancy. They gave us back our 2.00 but I didn’t like the dishonesty factor. This car wash doesn’t pressure wash which leaves behind a lot of bugs. One of the workers came out with glass cleaner and cleaned the bumper the second wash.
Excellent wash, and the buffer rollers at the end eliminate the need wipe off mirrors and doors for water drops. Only downside, only one location Southwest! Need one out North! Dupont area, please?!
Bought the $19.00 wash. Sides of the truck looked good. On the Front of my truck it didn't even touch the bugs from driving on our trip. I wiped most of them away with a damp rag when I pulled out of the tube so i know the bugs weren't "burnt" in. Back window was never touched at all. As dusty as when I pulled in. Tailgate also didn't get touched. Tube probably works well on small cars. Oh almost forgot, the funniest part was the tire shine, it did exactly half of each tire. This place is missing the people that spray before you enter because of this I will always go to Mike's 1st.
