They need to put out some type of drying cloth so you can dry your car off! They say it's non spotting water but that's not true!!!
Poor under body wash. The nosel pressure is turned down so low, it wouldn't spray off one travel down a dirt road. they said its turned down so low to keep from spraying water into the spark plugs. Has anyone had that that problem at Mikes?? not that I've heard of.
I really like the idea of this car wash is for bigger vehicles that can’t fit through mikes car wash. However the prices is way to much! It didn’t get my few bugs off or the tail gate very clean. Also, the brushes hitting the truck are very hard! Sounds like glass is going to break. I’d give this a 1 out 5
I just went through and paid $19 for a wash and still just as many nasty bugs on the front of my car. I really don't think I will be returning. Now I have to spend another $20 at another car wash to actually get it clean.

5 Stars! The friendly staff makes you feel that they truly care about you and customer service. The employees seem to have a great team atmosphere. This place is very clean, and with The Tube being fairly new, the brushes are in great condition. I live NW and closer to other car washes, but would much rather drive a bit further to receive such great service. (Not to mention a very clean and sparkly car). Horrible experience with my third brake light coming off and flipping around in the drying area. Filled a damage report and they said it was previously damaged on camera entering the wash. It wasn't damaged and I go to Clearwater car wash in Warsaw all the time and never had that issue, it is a very similar car wash. That's where I will be taking my business.
