These people will lowball you, come back with a barely reasonable offer and cancel on you. Be aware! This company is horrible and do not reccomend ever using them. List your home with a reputable realtor or find a buyer anywhere except the "UN"trusted home buyer. I was under contract with a home I was buying, and will probably get sued for having to back out due to these guys. Just stay away is my best advice and definitely stay away from Konnie, she will screw you over with a smile on her face.

We have tried other busiensses to purchase our home and when Martin came over, I had a very good feeling from him. He is a very honest man. My father passed away and we were looking for somebody to buy his house or somehow sell it, without having to put much money into it.
