Just sold my condo to them and had the best experience.The sale was quick, the offer is in how much you'll receive instead of the total before any deductions so you can have all the information up front. ****** and ***** were very nice and easy to work with. ****** came over for the first meeting really quickly and we made a deal right then.Can't recommend them enough if you're looking to sell to an investor.

The Trusted Home Buyer came through for me when other buyers would not. I needed a loan and time to have my eyes operated on for cataracts and when my van had transmission problems they lent me the money and gave me the time to solve that problem. They really do what they advertize with no closing costs. There is no inspection and demands for updates or concessions: just a smooth uncomplicated closing with their ************* giving me the check shortly after closing.
