Elsa, the hispanic leasing agent, was wonderful!! She is great at what she does and seems to know the ins and outs of everything. However, I couldn’t help but notice that she is doing everything by herself. The other agent, Tracy, was smacking her chewing gum and on her phone while 5 people piled up in the office. She didn’t even try to help them and Elsa had to take care of them all. I've been here 2 weeks. It's damn near impossible to get someone to answer the phone in the office or return an email. The stairwells are FILTHY. Food & trash on the steps. I walk over french fries, empty soda cans and empty potato chip bags daily. We do NOT have SECURED parking as advertised. Due to enormous complaints of key fobs NOT working...there is now a gate left opened 24/7. My fob doesn't work on the gates either. My mailbox keys didn't work when I moved in. The carpet in my bedroom was hideous, and was "crunchy" to... read more

I came back here to delete my past good review because management has gone to shit. Once Scott left the new management ruined this place, if you want to have zero contact with the leasing office and have them avoid calls then this is ur place to live. I got billed over 200$ for water last month and even though it was “flagged” in their system no one said anything. Turns out the meter is reading wrong but maintenance happened to tell me that first not the office, I had to walk in to follow up again because they avoid my calls... read more
