I’m so disappointed. After a few wonderful visits to the Trail House, I attempted to go tonight with my 1 year old and husband. I have a medical condition that prevents me from safely wearing a mask *and* am 6 months pregnant. When we walked in, I asked to sit on the patio, and I was told I was only able to if we all wore masks while walking to the table. I explained that I medically cannot, but that my husband would. RecommendedFood was so tasty and the waitress was so friendly went for late lunch. I had the pimento cheese BLT sandwich with cucumber salad so in season with homemade chips. Hubby had the California chicken flat bread and even had the Boston cream pie great size comes in a mason jar just enough after enjoying a good meal. Also like the outdoor shaded dog friendly patio! My dog enjoy hanging out with another dog there and you got her dog approve on the homemade chips.

The food, service and experience never disappoint! Only found this Gem 💎 since COVID shut everything down and I am so glad I did! My husband has type 1 diabetes and finding him food that he likes and is good for him is always a struggle but here they have so much for him to choose from. Don’t wait another day or minute... EAT HERE
The kitchen has a major issue with getting orders correct, and then leaving the servers to take the heat - it has been a consistent problem for the over 3 years we've gone there. It's impossible to have a conversation in there, and they continually take good items off the menu and replace them with mediocre things, at best. It was actually me, the owner, that spoke with you. We have posted our policy online and it is clearly posted on signs before you enter. I did not question whether you had a medical condition. I have no expertise to question it, and the executive order explicitly prohibits anyone from doing so. The executive order also says that if someone states they have a medical condition, restaurants should offer alternative services such as take-out and delivery. That is what we did. Love classic movie Sunday nights. Watched Night of the Living Dead as we got schmammered. Mallory is also the best bartender within a day's ride.
