Service was terrible. How can you be at 50% capacity with 100% staff and still be this bad. 27 minutes and we did time it , from order to receiving our food. Which my order was wrong. Terrible

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the typical experience that we are delivering for our customers. I have reviewed your ticket with the manager, and there are several things that factored into the issues. We were not at 100% staff tonight due to illness (non-COVID), and we had a new trainee helping in the dining room. We also had a party of 25 on the patio. The last few times at the Trail House were disappointing. Despite being sort of a regular, we sat at a high table next to the bar and waited 25 minutes before the hostess finally came back and asked if we had been ‘taken care of’. She apologized and took our drink order, just a couple of bottles of beer. Fifteen minutes later and no drinks. Finally just left. It is so disappointing that I have patronized this place throughout the pandemic and twice gave to the staffs ‘Go Fund-me’ page to help out. I wonder what’s going on th... read more
