This was a very bad experience, this no integrity at all when dealing with trademarks. It seems that they care less about helping customers, and is all about charging your credit card. I waiting 6 weeks to hear about my Statement of USE for my trademark. It never got done, and I might lose my trademark or have to pay another company more to get it done! Let the buyer beware!
This could not have been a worse experience. Initially, they did not respond to phone calls, emails, Twitter messages or Facebook messages but, after some persistence, I finally got response. I paid for three trademark searches and was given a green light on all three. However, the USPTO determined each one has conflicts and issued an Office Action. I paid The Trademark Company to file a response letter for one (I have the receipt) and was told I needn't do anything further. 6 months later, I received a denial from the PTO indicating the application was denied/dismissed for failure to respond to the Office Action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company spams trademark applicants illegally. The Trademark Company is not registered to solicit business in my state, yet the company sent spam email to try to get me to hire it. Read the 1-star Google reviews before even considering hiring this company.
Paid them thousands of dollars. Cant get ahold of anyone, they submitted 2 trademarks, out of 7. Apparently i had "credit", but i cant get it. Their satifaction guarantee is BS, as you can never get ahold of anyone!!
