very bad service when you are going to start them well they respond instantly but once you pay them they no longer respond I have been waiting 10 months for my service and nothing they do not respond I guess they already stole my money

My experience with The Trademark Company was terrible. Multiple efforts to discuss these concerns thru direct contact with company owner and resolve matters were flatly rejected. Not one response to multiple emails or calls from me/client. Trademark company dropped the ball completely, neglected responsibility, lacked professionalism and abandoned the task of pursuing, let alone securing, our trademark registration. Reading the reviews, I see I'm not the only one having the same issues with this company. I applied back in January 2020. They claim to have sent a signature email which till this day I have not received, then want to charge me $100 to resend.I called and spoke to a Kyle after numerous attemps to reach a live person puts the blame on me suppose error with email BLAH BLAH same email never changed. I had a wonderful experience with The Trade Mark company. I worked with Ian he has been very helpful through the process. I got all of my questions answered and I would recommend The Trade Mark Company to my friends

I am a current customer with The Trademark Company and deeply regret hiring them to process my trademark. They were readily available to win my business, but now that they have it, they do not return calls and they do not return emails. And by "they" I mean the general mailbox AND my actual account representative. I started my Trademark process with the Trademark Company in Cary, NC back in early Feb 2020. They were quick to take my money and talked a good game. Since processing my payment in early February, my so called account manager (Lydia Davis, ext 106) and a person named (Tabitha W.) from the operations team sent my signature paperwork to a wrong email address, failed to follow up with that mistake for three weeks, allowed my signature document to expire twice and now I am no closer to completing the Trademark process from th... read more

Dont bother with these incapable people. Gave instructions to file a trademark and done incorrectly. Totally incompetent on managing the details which is critical in these filings. Also gave them very simple instructions on which credit card to use to pay USPTO and they could not even do that correctly. Causes me huge accounting issue that have to fix now. And have reached out to the rep many times over with questions on proceeding with a trademark opposition filing and will not bother to return my calls.

I’ve been waiting MONTHS now for a refund that i was told i’d get MONTHS ago. No one has been in contact. No issue has been refunded. Horrible communication and business practices, this is out of control and i’m VERY unhappy with my experience dealing with The Trademark Company. Please look elsewhere for your Trademark needs!!!!

Check out their BBB ratings. The BBB revoked their membership due to poor business practices including the failure to perform along with the failure to refund fees when they do nothing.
