After filing a trademark application, we were hit with a long list of Office Action responses that needed to be corrected, which of course come at an additional cost. This was partially expected as the USPTO is unpredictable and this warning was made during our review session. The Trademark Company is little more than a scam and at best, shady. They will enter into a good faith relationship with you, take your money and ignore your phone calls and emails about your trademark and the process. They will promise you results and upsell you at every turn, create a mess and leave you without a trademark. You will have to hire a Trademark Attorney to come in and try to salvage they mess they create. This Trademark Company (www.trademarkcompany.com) Is Not A Good Company. DONT DO IT!!! I worked with them in the pass when there were I guess good workers there. Now that things change, they have went SCAM!. I paid them $400 plus & they never filed a thing. Then they don't return phone calls nor emails until after ever 6 or 7 attempt of emailing. Paid all my fees over almost 2 years...paid lawyers after and get to the last process she claims...give her the money....and hears nothing back...then 3 months later she call me trying to sell me the same service once my trademark was approved...scam scam scam

It is not helpful when phone calls are not returned emails are not returned I have no idea of the status update of my trademark but I paid all the money. I believe I was scammed and my contact person was Lydia extension 106

Dishonest and inept. I paid them to file two trademarks. They filed one (incorrectly, it was rejected), and didn't bother to file the other. Never followed up with me, I only found out by looking up the trademarks myself to find out one was never filed and one was rejected because they used the wrong classification. Idiots. ! I had to call them and email them dozens of times, and they ignored every attempt to communicate. DISGUSTING company. I ended up filing the trademarks myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! They are horrible almost scam company. I wish I would have done more research. If they respond, all that they do is file paperwork. It's better go to uspto.gov and re-new /registration by yourself. Brian K Wood is worst a man. no communication and lazy, insane human!

Do not use this company. They are horrible. I wish I would have done more research. If they respond, all that they do is file paperwork. The evaluators from the government kept telling me certain things were missing and when I asked for clarification from the company for direction, the just say that they can't provide advice.
