Con artist. They are con artists. Soon as they get your money you will never hear from them again. I think by accident I received an email from them again 8 months later and it’s always the same thing. (Let’s finish our conversation). Whatever, you and all your partner company will get what you deserve.
In April 2018, I paid $344 for a service that the Trademark Company never provided. They kept giving me the run-a-round. Earlier this year, I contacted the General Attorney. How can you have a four and a half star rating when over half of your reviews are One star. My experience with this company has been like many others, they take your fee to apply and you never hear from them again except to get a note saying you still owe the Trademark office. Which is fine except they never tell you how to pay the Trademark office. Not impressed with this company at all. Save your money go somewhere else.
I tried to file my Trademark with "The Trademark Company" about a month ago and paid $119 up front for their "filing fee". Several weeks went by and I got no response from them. I called several times and left messages and go not response or call back. I finally got through to someone and they told me that they needed an additional $275 to continue to process. The sent me a credit card authorization form with someone else's COMPLETE credit card information on it asking for more money to complete the filing ($394 total). ... read more
This is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I paid them over a month ago. They cannot seem to correct an email on the application. They cannot seem to send me back the trademark information. I have lost all trust that they know what they are doing. This account manager, Lydia D, doesn’t return calls or emails and I cannot get my money back. Do Not Use Them!!!
All I can say is run don't waste your money with TTC because that what you will do. Just give the money to some homeless kids it will be spent on someone in need not to line the pockets of the crooks at TTC if I don't get a call back from TTC by Friday 09/25/20 I will start a class action lawsuit
I would just like to say that I have received excellent service! And most of all, I would like to thank Brian W. He has remained patient with me every step of the way concerning my business. I was so happy to receive such a warm service! This is a great process, and I would recommend The Trademark Company for anyone who is trying to open their business, along with needing guidance. worst scam company ever, we had registered our trademark 9 years ago with them and it was fine but when its due to renewal this year they have contacted us and charged our credit card for renewal. Now several month after the renewal we found out our trademark was never been renewed and now shows cancel/dead status. Call them and they keep pushing me to a person named Kyle. His extension only goes to his voice mail. I have read many other reviews also said its always refer to this Kyle who is no where to be found. So regret
