Tania is great!! She was incredibly patient with our multi-generational (aka complex) house search! She offered strong advice, answered all questions and advocated for our best interests! We loved working with her and Phillip and are so grateful for their support and excited about finding the house that works for our family!!
Tania has staged two homes for me and done an excellent job. The Total Package team is 100% professional. They produce what they promise, in a timely and efficient manner. The team worked with me to accommodate my family’s needs, and make our home look wonderful!
Tania was amazing! We sold out home after moving out of state. She was very hands on and detail oriented. She fielded bids and arranged repairs on our behalf to prepare the house for sale. Her staging, marketing, and guidance brought in great offers quickly. We were concerned that this process would be difficult and stressful but Tania made it straight forward and convenient.
If we could give 10 stars, we would. We were out of state investors. We purchased an investment property with Tania and The Total Package. It was seamless. When we decided to sell, Tania and her team handled everything - from hiring and managing contractors, staging, (negotiating of course), and a smooth closing. We couldn't be happier. When we move to Raleigh in a few years, we have no doubt that we will contact the Total Package for all of our real estate needs.
Find another stager/realtor. In addition to an underwhelming job staging, and charging us approximately $6,000 to stage a few rooms in our home with some items that were clearly purchased from discount sources, including places like HomeGoods and Amazon, Tania appears unable to handle the stress involved in loaning her items out, even for a bloated fee.
