After a recent hospitalization, my husband received a bill from Toledo Clinic for physician services. We are self pay. I attempted to call the billing office to ask about a self-pay discount. I was told the bill was already discounted, although they had no idea how much the discount was or what the "normal/regular" fee for service was. I was just to trust them that it had been discounted. I've been going to the Toledo Clinic for years. I just had shoulder surgery with dr. Levine and he did an excellent job the nurses that took care of me as well did an excellent job. They got my pain under control before I was allowed to go home which was excellent! I highly recommended
