We have never had a problem here. The doctors are all good. The facility is always clean. Sometimes there is a wait to see doctor but that is everywhere.
We were greeted by a nurse wearing jeans and house slippers to take vitals. My grandmother and I waited 45 minutes to see her doctor when I asked the girls at the front how much longer the replied another 20 minutes. Mabey they need to rethink their schedule policies. After seeing the same physician every 12 weeks for years he still can't remember her chief concerns. I wish I could convince her to change doctors
I go to the Clinic often and have had excellent care there. From the wonderful, thoughtful ladies working at the desks on the different floors to my own Drs. and their staff everything is very nice!! The waiting rooms are all clean and neat as are the restrooms. I see several Drs there plus have blood drawn, I rarely wait more than a few minutes past my appointment times.
I have ben seeing Dr Salvi at the Toledo Clinic for nearly 3 years now all the staff have ben so verry nice and helpful i couldnt have better care.
I have been going to the Toledo Clinic for at least 12 years. My family doctor Is In the one in Springfield. Then the one on Secor I have three doctors there and do all my x-rays scans blood work and mammograms at toledo clinic. I have never seen it dirty or the way you guys are describing it. I am usually always in and out within a half hour too 45 minutes I never been there longer for anything.
