They are completely unprofessional and rude to the people they are supposed to be caring for. Reported several times and nothing. Stay away.
I had terrible looking vericose veins and my family dr. referred me to see dr. Nahhas. He assured me I would be very satisfied with the results! I must admit I was a bit skeptical. My veins looked so bad I figured the procedure would only help somewhat. I must admit a short time after the procedure my leg looked really great and felt 100% better! all services are exceptional...better put together than ProMedica
This facility seems to be mostly comprised of workers that work by "policy" without regard to the human component. Policy gives them a reason not to think, but rather to go through the motions. I've worked for physicians in Toledo since 1987 and am saddened by how inhumane people have become. As Dr Leo Clark used to say, "Break is job 1!"
Dr. Naddaf’s staff are extremely unprofessional & let the power of being his “gatekeepers” go to their heads. They’ve “never received” paperwork after calling me to tell me they had it, but got mad when we discussed it, so suddenly they never had it to begin with. Now, a month after the original paperwork was sent, they’re currently holding my FMLA paperwork hostage as if I’m lying or did something wrong. He is a phenomenal doctor, but he should get an entirely new staff. They shouldn’t be allowed to be medical professionals... read more
