Good Value The apartment isn't perfect but the price is! Nice, quiet area that is close to campus and the square but far enough away with good parking. Apartments aren't brand new and my A/C went out a couple times but the staff tended to it quickly! Wish I didn't have to move out honestly, best apartment I've lived in so far.
Life at the Timbers All in all, a good apartment. The maintenance staff is always prompt and courteous. I don't think I ever had to wait more than a day for someone to come work on a work order. It is very close to campus, BUT you have to walk up and down steep hills to get to/from the main portion of campus. The apartments are nice and with updated kitchen appliances.
