Verified Renter My time at the Timbers has been really great. The management team is so helpful and welcoming. The dog park and pool are always clean and the maintenance is always up to date.

Truly an amazing place to live! Great location for a TXST student. Amazing staff!! Maintenance is always so fast and nice, and do a great job. Beautiful complex too. Also very pet friendly. I always brag about how great this place is.

Great place to live! I’ve lived in lots of apartments, but this is the first time I’ve felt like the staff actually cares about the community. All of the staff are super kind and have always been so helpful!

Filthy and old AC Helped my daughter move in and spent two days Cloroxing the entire unit. Spent almost a thousand $ on cleaning supplies and portable AC unit and portable fans to try and cool the place. AC ran for two days without shutting off, temp never dropped below 77. That's waking up in the am with it running all night, goes back up to 83 during the day. Filthy Moldy Move-In I'm curious how much the management pays for the positive reviews but I want in! After hemmorhaging money ($1300 down, full months rent on the 15th with another full months rent on the 1st) I'm in need. Living Nightmare since we moved in We've been living here for not even a week yet and its been a disaster. We moved into a have updated apartment, one of the bed rooms tan wood flooring while the rest of the house has grey. The outside of the windows are so dirty and covered in bugs that it looks dark outside when its daylight. Easy and Close to Campus I moved in last year and this place is great. I looked around for a while for the best place and The Timbers beat my expectations. The renovations over the last year have been great. I use the new gym at least twice a week. It's better then some newer places gyms. The pool furniture is amazing too and now they have a printer for residents to use with paper included. Makes my life easier then having to remember paper or walk to Alkek. Living here is like stepping on a never ending lego. This will be a lot so lets just make a list. 1. They towed my girlfriends car because the manager didnt give her a parking pass. When arriving at the office to address the issue we were informed by the general manager that it was MY fault for not telling her to get a pass. 2. The AC was supposed to be fixed the week i moved in. It took 3 weeks to even look at it. 3. My dishwasher has been broken since i moved in and they have "fixed it" 4 times. 4. Run as fast as you can. One of the absolute worst experiences of my life. AC constantly breaks. The entire building's plumbing burst. Human waste in the walls. Took them a month to even address the smell. Put us in disgusting hotel rooms for three months to fix a problem that should've taken weeks. Faucet broke twice. Second time, they just reattached the obviously broken part. Had rats and roaches. Management took weeks to send out pest control. Laundry room door lock broke. There were clothes in the washer.
