Verified Renter Staff is great. The unit is really a peace of work if you don’t have the upgrade and the gym is very depressing, only used it once. The location is amazing and everything works in the unit just isn’t the prettiest thing ever.

Verified Renter Perfect location-wise for San Marcos. The only problem my roommate and I have had are leaks from both our bathroom ceilings that took maintenance months to even get to.

Verified Renter The office staff are so incredibly nice! Maintenance requests are completely efficiently. The complex is kept pretty clean, but tenants need to pick up at their dogs a bit better.
