We worked with Leticia to find the right tile. After many trips and samples, we found a tile, when the installer came to install he would not install due to a problem with the tile, spoke with Leticia she said bring it back and we will find the right tile, Well we found the right tile, she was a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend her.
Visiting The Tile Shop to select tile for a bathroom project was a very pleasant experience. The selections were endless and Assistant Manager, Leticia Preston was excellent. We also appreciated her follow-up and communication on delivery. Also, the delivery team were very good and professional.
Don was a great representative for the Matthews Tile Shop. I walked in feeling very unprepared and came out an hour or so later with confidence in the board he helped me prepare for my bathroom tub to walk in shower conversion. He was quite knowledgeable and not overly assertive at all. The tile is being delivered in a very timely manor too right to my home. Thanks Don.
My anxiety was in high gear walking in the door of The Tile Shop being surrounded by every kind of tile imaginable. I’m not a decorator and making a decision on tile for our bathroom renovation was a difficult challenge for me. That was until Leticia came to the rescue of my husband and I.
