Went in today to get some ideas and the tatted 'fear no evil' 'dude' at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. He could have cared less and could not be bothered. We shall see how long the store stays open.....with the 'Help Wanted' sign in the window. I will never return nor will I recommend this business. Sales pay the rent!!!!! If the rent ain't gettin paid.....you ain't either....."Help Wanted"....makes you wonder don't it......🤔🫵
I had a fantastic experience at the Tile Shop, I got to the store completely lost and in need of help, I was looking for bathrooms tiles and backsplash for the kitchen. Dave Nestor a senior designer and associate came to my rescue. With his experience and expertise, he help me to choose, measure and buy all I needed for my projects. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. Thank you for all you have done.
Great experience! We did our bathrooms a few years ago and knew we would be back at The Tile Shop for the kitchen remodel. Fantastic selection and Don was wonderful to work with! He knows his products, is proficient, professional, friendly, and provided selections that were exactly what we wanted. He was careful to make sure we had what we needed for installation. We recommend The Tile Shop and thanks Don for making the experience enjoyable!
We had exceptional service and attention from Noah at The Tile Shop. He made me feel welcome, and more importantly, heard. Noah provided sound information on products, knowledge of design and understanding of our concerns. I am impressed with his skill at pulling together just the right elements for the shower tile design. He was patient and helpful, and delivered flawless customer service.
The entire team at the Matthews store is exceptional. They take the time to answer questions and research the best options for your project.
