Leticia provided excellent customer service throughout my experience at the Tile Shop. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to detail. Her communication and follow-through were exceptional. I highly recommend working with Leticia for any tile selection needs.
Walked around for an hour with no assistance to help us. One worker asked if we had been helped and we told him no. He said it was a busy day and to give him 10 minutes. Despite walking in front of workers, we received no assistance. Saturday is a busy day, we get it, but there should be enough workers so that we didnt wait an hour, only to walk out without any assistance. I believe The Tile Shop can do better.
As a small business owner, it is so important to find partners that value your customers and put them first. Leticia Preston is amazing, and goes above and beyond - I highly recommend working with her with your projects or getting design help. Cannot praise her and this location enough for all the help they consistantly provide to ensure my clients have a smooth process from start to finish!

Great experience! Don Milam was very knowledgeable and helpful in our tile and bathroom remodel search. They were able to get what we needed quickly even over the holidays.
