What a gem! Tile Shop had tons of beautiful choices and more importantly Leticia Preston, Assistant Manager was very helpful and engaged. I was having difficulty finding just the right color and type of tile for new backsplash and she provided me with expert guidance ensuring that I was happy and felt confident with my choice. Very pleased with whole experience and I will be referring friends and family to check out the Tile Shop in Matthews and more specially, to ask for Leticia upon arrival.
