The Tile Shop Warwick is amazing… Phil Russo was excellent… Phil helped us pick out just the right stuff for our bathroom and kitchen. Thank you Phil!
Although our staff was very nice, she failed to communicate something that turned out to be a major issue. The tile we picked was on display. The display showed a variation of plain white tiles and designed tiles. She advised us that the boxes will come with plain white tiles AND the design tile, just like it is shown in the sample at the store. We waited 4 weeks for the tile to come in.
