An amazing experience at The Tile Shop. Must go see Kim S, she’s an amazing person. Spent a great amount of time to make sure we were happy with what we picked. She set realistic expectations and made sure we had everything we needed on time and correct.

I just had a great backsplash shopping experience- all because of TJ Grimshaw, Senior Design Associate. He made it quick and easy for me to pick out a backsplash for our kitchen renovation by showing me various options until I found what I was looking for. I know for many “it’s just backsplash” but for me- it’s a big part of my kitchen and my first big renovation. Thanks TJ for making this all a lot less stressful!
Great experience with TJ in Warwick. He stayed with us during lots of tile choices but also gave us enough room to talk things through on our own. Recommend!
