During my currant bathroom remodel, we've had three delays, all due to The Tile Shop mistakes. First, when we called to check on tile delivery, they told us it hadn't even been ordered. This is after we had indeed told them to order it and paid for the order. Second, when our contractor went to install the niche in our shower, he discovered we didn't have enough tile. Very helpful. Tiles were beautiful
Went in for the first time today at your new Bel Air location to take a look at the kitchen backsplash selection. We walked around the entire store and we were probably in there for a good 30 minuets. I was the only customer in the store and neither of the two sales woman spoke one word to me. Never asked if I needed help or if I was looking for anything specific. When I left I said “have a good night” and the woman responded in a very rude tone “you too”.
