Watch your credit card receipt! – This bar wasn't ahlf bad, although the service was fairly slow and the beer selection was surprisely limited. The most unfortunate aspect of this bar though is you need to make sure your receipt matches your credit card bill. They charged my card for significantly more than my receipt shows. Be wary of this place.
The BEST! – I love the 3rd Stop! My husband and I dine there regularly. They have great beer selections and wonderful small plate menu choices. The filet of sole with capers is delish. If you like mashed potatoes you MUST try them at the 3rd Stop. They are amazingly creamy and good. The sausage burger, fries, polenta, shrimp are all delicious. Great beer and food – I love their huge selection of beers, for only $5 each. I have to watch myself when I'm there because of the temptation to try them all! The food is wonderful too, especially the pizzas and the seared ahi tuna. Parking can be difficult to find and we usually end up having to use the valet because there's nothing available on the street. It would be nice if they opened earlier on weekends.
Cool place! – It is nice to have a good neighborhood spot on 3rd street west of La Cienega. This is a great place to just kick back and have a beer and smoe food. The prices are totally reasonable especially considering other places on this section of 3rd. I would suggest that they open earlier on Saturday and Sunday for sporting events. They are leaving money on the table!
neighborhood gem! – The selection of beers is great, the food is fantastic (the pizzas and burger are the best around), and the staff are attentive and competent. It's a pizza and beer joint for foodies, without the frat boy crowd that's drawn to Father's Office. It can get a little bit overwhelmed on a Friday night, but there's almost always a place to sit outside.
Pretty Solid Place – The beer selection is very good, and very reasonably priced. It's also nice that you can sit outside and enjoy your beer while looking at a couple of the Cedar-Sinai buildings. The food is pretty good, the pizzas are tasty. Definitely a good place to go after work, especially if you work at Cedar-Sinai because it is right across the street.
Great Beer Selection – Three of us went on a thursday evening. You order at the bar and then find a table...we waited and waited and there were no tables available. We finally shared a table with another party. The food was amazing though, and the beer I had was really good too.
i loove! – i heard about this place thru word of mouth and went with some friends. i was really amazed at how friendly everyone was and at the great service! really chill place, great to hang out with friends, good mix of ppl, loved the atmosphere. cant wait to go back again. and a major plus: the bartender is so charming!!
