We have had good experiences with every therapist we've had here so far. Everyone is very patient and kind, even on days when my children are having a hard time. The office staff have always been exceptionally helpful when I have questions or need help with handling an insurance issue for therapy. The treatment rooms are always clean, as well as the lobby and restroom. I'm so grateful for their consistent help.
My child has been going to The Therapy Place for only a few weeks and we have already.seen lots of improvement in her anxiety. I really appreciate Katie and our experience there!
The Therapy Place is amazing!!! My son loves going to therapy so much! He has made an incredible transformation since starting there and coach Katie, coach Allen, and coach Angela are his absolute favorite people in the world. My son's father is the one to bring him there every week, and he has nothing but good things to say about The Therapy Place.
The Therapy Place occupational room and bathroom is always dirty, as well as the windows and the chairs in the lobby. My daughter and I always sat on the floor until she is called back. So when I asked who does the cleaning Keenan says the staff does that includes vacuuming. It doesn't look like it at all. And they don't wipe the toys down after each client or at the end of the day.
