I love living here!! So close and convenient to walk to all the shops in Lake Mary and it's very clean and quiet. Frannie is a sweetheart in the office as well as Carol, they're always willing to help.
I enjoyed very much my visit. The staff was very kind, the apartments were well kept the site looked clean. I noticed everything was quiet. The leasing person was very helpful and even the manager said hello. Unfortunately I would change the pet policies and can not rent due to it but if I could this place would be on the top of my list. Main thing is location and schooling which this property has both. Super sad that I do not qualify but my fam and I can't live with out our dog
I love the Terraces at Lake Mary. The customer service is great, always willing to help. it is close to everything. Schools are awesome. I love the maintenance staff. Sometimes they are backed up and its only human but they get the job done. I do not have s roach problem if you have one i think that means you should clean after your self. If I could put zero stars I would! Please stay away from these apartments. I came in before they changed the management and the name of the apartments. Nothing has changed, except management. They still suck. All they care about is how they can charge you for things. They are WAY overpriced for the broke down appliances that they have. There's a bat infestation in building 12. Cockroaches the size of a Buick. The time that maintenance come to respond is two months. The list can go on but there's not enough time in a day....B... read more
