Worst staff no one responds to you on email nor calls for your issues. If you step-in to the office even then you will not get a proper response. I will not recommend anyone to join this community
The fees are ridiculous and the maintenance is deplorable. Customer service sub-par. Pay over $1200 a month for 2 bedroom. The appliances are cheap, amenities limited. Cost ratio to customer service not OK! It was bought out by a new company in October 2017 and it’s continually gone downhill.

Awesome community and excellent management. The Staff is very friendly and prompt for any service requests put in. Biggest advantage of the place is its proximity to almost any of your need, be it gym, ice cream shop, dance classes, grocery store, and not to mention bunch of amazing restaurants. There is hardly any reason not to live here.
I would like to say thank you to Mr. Mike Rivera. He is an outstanding maintenance man. He always goes above and beyound what he is supposed to do. I have lived here for 3 weeks now and he has asked me over a dozen times how things are. It's definitely nice to feel welcome. It's especially nice to have a maintenance man you can trust in your home when your not there. Thanks Mike for all you do. Your hard work and always going out of your way is definitely noticed!
The assistant manager Carol Estes is always willing to help and very professional. The maintenance staff does wonderful job especially Mr. Rivera.
