The people here are super nice! They are easy to talk to ...HOWEVER...I would give them ZERO stars. My husband started to receive notices from IRS stating he owed more on the tax returns that were filed. When we took these notices to The Tax Company, they deflected and told us not to worry about it, etc. To make a long story short, we found another tax preparer and learned that The Tax Company neglected to recognize self-employment tax so his taxes were filed wrong. If you simply need your taxes filed and sent in, sure, this place does that. If you need any actual professional help, such as amending previous tax years that the IRS accepted and approved the same w2 twice, saying you made double what you really did that year and owing thousands of dollars in unpaid taxes from money you really didnt earn, then don't expect help from this place. Dont expect help from turbo tax or the IRS as well, just kiss that money goodbye.
