Well, we sat in the bar area for ten minutes without acknowledgement. Sat there, sat there. To TR's credit, everyone looked like they were having fun. Except us, of course, who never got a greeting. Nice. To the manager's credit - he did follow us out of the restaurant and genuinely seemed to care - but if he's the only one that cares about guests then what does it matter?
