Basically a shakedown, my lawyer Brad Hertz took $5,000 and never even returned my case files NOR did he write the letter that I paid him for. I got an hour consultation and after he cashed my check he refused to do the work I hired him to do. What a rip off. $5,000 for nothing. RUN!! Highly do not recommend.
