RecommendedI Love living here! The neighborhood is quiet. There is a Lake across the street with walking paths. The have done a lot of improvements since Greystar has taken over!
The leasing office staff is very accommodating. The approval process was so quick and easy. My daughter went there one day, was approved and able to move in within 2 weeks. The Summit at Avent Ferry was the perfect fit for her. It had everything she wanted...washer dryer in the apartment and especially the screened balcony!! She has the perfect apartment! Thank you so much for making her move to Raleigh exciting and so welcoming!
Love this place! I've felt at home since the day I moved in. The staff is great and super attentive. Definitely worth a look!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE! Horrible! Out dated, poor management. Increasing my rent by over $200/ month is ridiculous.
This place is absolute trash. The management team is reluctant to help on any issue. When I first moved in there were roaches and millipedes. I managed to get rid of the roaches but the millipedes never went away because the apartment complex never put any money into solving the problem. As soon as winter hit the mice came. The management team was useless and just put traps down. The maintenance staff left a dead mouse under my sink and all the contents of my bathroom cabinets on the floor.
