Roach invested . Poor maintenance. And everything literally falls apart in our apartment . You can tell before we moved in that they just painted over dust and dirt on the baseboards . You can see hair and dust painted over it’s disgusting. We’ve been here almost 5 months now and can’t wait for our lease to be up . The floor is ripped up in places and there’s paint on the floors . Nothing was move in ready and super dirty . Pest control never comes either . Do not recommend.
maintenance will take your belongings from apartment before any kind of notice to vacate is even served! I've also had maintenance open my door with their key after I told them NOT to come in because my gf AND I were changing clothes! they walked in anyway on my undressed gf and I! NO APOLOGY! trash valet is constant skipping buildings!
RecommendedI've been at The Summit for 2yrs+... definitely would recommend. Awesome location, near everything. Complex is very quiet and well kept up. The girls in the office are always friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance is great. They come out quick and fix any issues.
The staff all around is very friendly and helpful. They will work with you to get whatever needs to be done, fixed, fast. The apartment grounds are kept up nicely and it’s nice and quiet
I've lived here about 4 years and I love it. Ashley and Claudia are very helpful and super friendly. You're pretty much in the middle of everything if you live at these apartments.
The whole team of staff members here are the absolute best! love these apartments!
I would and have recommended The Summit Apartments!! I not only live here but two family members and a few friends! I love my apartment home, the grounds are always maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and professional.
Moved in a couple of weeks ago. Moved in site unseen since we moved from Colorado. Had a few issues that the office ladies were super helpful with. They are alway's really helpful and friendly. The maintaince guys are also really helpful and friendly. We are glad we choice this apartment complex. Also in a really nice area with lots of stores and restaurants around.
