I have wanted to live here for so long! I think I have seen almost every apartment complex in Corpus and this was my favorite from the very beginning. It is an older complex but very well maintained. Everything about this place far exceeded my expectations! I love my apartment! My floor plan is so perfect. And there is so much storage, which was a huge deal for me. Its great here! Have never had any trouble with the neighbors or staff. The pools also really nice and the laundry mat works perfectly.
I am very happy I decided to move here! The rent is fair for the area. The property is older but well maintained. The grounds are neatly kept. Maintenance was quick to address the few items I noted on my move in inspection. The office staff is awesome and made my move easy.
I have being at the summit over a year and o can say we are very happy here😀😀excellent and friendly staff. Thank you summit for great service. We ❤❤fam ramos
