RecommendedI’ve been here at the summit for about 7 months and I absolutely love it ! It’s so peaceful and the apartments are very nice . It has two pools and that is a plus . The staff is friendly and professional and they are willing to help with anything ! Maintenance is extremely helpful and they take care of if problem fast ! I highly recommend the summit apartments ! And also the location is perfect and close to everything !
I’ve lived here at the summit for almost a year now and this is the only apartment I’ve lived at in Corpus Christi that I’ve not had 1 problem with since I moved in. This place is very quiet and is always doing events and contests for there tenants to keep things fun and friendly! My apartment is also very spacious for my family to live comfortably ❤️ the summit is the way to go!!!
I would totally recommend The Summit Apartments.They are the best place we have ever lived. The staff is incredible. The maintenance crew are always courteous and always clean up after each work. We drive up and feel that we are home. I have renewed our lease for another year. If I could I would definitely sign every 5 yrs. Both manager and asst manager will always follow up with you if your concern was taken care of.
Been living in these apartments with my husband and daughter for 2 or more years now and I've never had a problem! Great place to live in and friendly maintenance and staff! Couldn't be more thankful 🤗

We’ve been here for 4 years and couldn’t be happier. Management is always on top of things and the maintenance team is awesome!

Great place to live with friendly staff and maintenance. Been here for about 2 and a half years and never had any major issues! Love it here!
so far so good.. still in the paperwork process but I'll have a follow up once I start living at the summit apts. my bf and I are looking forward to it 😊
