I found out about Sugarplum at a bridal show, where they had the tastiest samples by far. So I approached them about doing my wedding cake, and we went through their awesome tasting process. Service was great - Natalie answered a bunch of questions at the tasting, it was really affordable to do what I wanted, and Nicole was great about responding to my emails and addressing all my questions promptly. I wish I could give tje Sugarplum Cake Shoppe 6 stars! You all were awesome! What a. BEAUTIFUL cake! And our guests couldn't stop raving about the tastes of the 3 different layers! The 2/3 of invited guests who actually came had to have had 2nds & 3rds! The cake DISAPPEARED before we could taste a whole piece! Ha! Thank you for making duplicates for our own private cake cutting/tasting next week!
The cake tasted amazing! The price to feed 100 guests was reasonable compared to other bakeries in town and that included delivery of the cakes nearly two hours away. The outer design wasn't exactly like I thought it would be, but it still looked nice on the table and the guests all said they enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend them for any of your baking needs. :)
Absolutely amazing! We ordered a beautiful 3-tier Tiffany blue wedding cake with only about a month of notice. Sugarplum was able to fulfill my order (even though it was so last minute) and it was everything I could have ever dream of! It was phenomenal and all of our guests loved it! We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Sugarplum!!!
This....is a mixed review. TL;DR: have a four eye principle to double check orders, take responsibility when you mess up, and above all DO NOT BLAME THE BRIDE FOR YOUR MISTAKES.
