Amazing! I celebrated my 50th birthday and Amanda was wonderful helping me create my dream cake! She took her time with me, has patience, and wonderful personal skills. My cake was beautiful! Some of my guests didn't believe it was real! The cake itself was moist and delicious-all three tiers! I had vanilla, red velvet, and carrot cake. It also had chocolate dipped strawberries on it as well. Beautiful and delicious! Thank you Amanda!
I truly love this shop. I've been coming here for the last few years for my sons birthday cakes and every time has been heaven. I don't even like cake but I will get excited twice a year for theirs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner, Amanda, is lacking customer service skills. She was very rude over the phone over an issue that was out of my control and had nothing to do with me. She would not honor a deal purchased within the allotted time for use because her business had an issue with the deal promoting company. There are plenty of other local bakeries to choose from who will not treat their customers badly and leave you feeling horrible after what was expected to be a simple phone conversation.

We had sugar plum cake shoppe do our 4teir wedding cake! They did beyond our expectations! Everyone loved it, it was beautiful and delicious! Amanda was so nice and helpful with creating our perfect cake! We are definitely going back for our sons 1st birthday cake! Would highly recommend them!
