Where do I start?!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted like I was family until the moment I left ...an incredible experience. I can honestly say it was the first time in many years that I got the color I dreamed of! Rachel is a genuinely nice person who really did an exemplary job. Love this salon! Oh,and by the way the salon is eclectic and fun!
Brooke Ann did some balayage highlights over some previous color and trimmed my hair and I left the salon very happy with the results. She took the time to discuss what I wanted, looked at pictures of the ideas I had in mind, and gave me realistic expectations. I will definitely be going back!
Teghan is amazing! She made my very sad hair very happy and much healthier! Definitely my new stylist! And the massaging chairs are the best!
The Strand is the BEST in Chattanooga...or maybe even the South!!!
Ashley is amazing! From the first time I sat in her chair to now I have never been unhappy with my hair.
I have been to The Strand several times, and I can honestly say that I probably will not go anywhere else in Chattanooga for my hair. I have had three different stylists (Meg, Brooke Ann, and Kayla) and every one of them was wonderful! The quality of cuts I have gotten have all been really great, and the atmosphere is friendly, warm and welcoming. So glad I found this salon!
