RecommendedAbsolutely amazing food with top notch service. My wife and I loved it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
food was average especially considering cost. Service was substandard
Took my temperature without asking and didn’t even look to see if I had one. Just went through the motions. Sat people too close to each other at the bar. Small portions and the one crap claw they gave me was hard to get out and tasted like sawdust Not friendly at all.
Had a reservation through open table and they refused to seat us stating they were “too busy” and the “kitchen was backed up”... customer service was terrible and hostess had on an upside down face shield and was drinking beer at the hostess stand to greet us. Very disappointed that we walked to the location to be turned away.
RecommendedSnow crab legs and lobster were fantastic! Good, friendly service. Beautiful (and interesting) view. We sat outside by the water, which was very romantic, and you can also see the plethora of nurse sharks they feed. I would definitely recommend it!
We’re trying to enjoy our meal I know it’s getting ready to close @10:30 we feel like we’re being rush instead of enjoying our stone cold platter.So even though we still have some legs left we decided to leave the place.
No words for how the service was, the lack of empathy for the kind of food served and the waiter really not knowing the menu.
Horrible service and the food is way to much for the amount that you get. Great setting and location but will not be back. Felt like we we were not welcomed.
