THE BEST TILE AND CARPET CLEANING SERVICE – The Steam Team recently cleaned area rugs, upholstery and travertine tile in my home. I could not have found a better group to work with. Everyone from the owner, office staff and technicians who did the work was friendly, courteous, professional and went out of their way to please me and make it a positive experience. Great service/very professional – The Steam Team is wonderful. From the great customer service by the in-office team, to the professionalism of the team who cleaned the carpet, we were extremely satisfied. We have a pet and teenagers, and had some stains we needed to be removed. The team did a great job getting them out. I received a call to confirm the appointment, and another call to let me know they were on their way, and I appreciated this much. We will definitely use The Steam Team again!
Friendly re-do – I called the SteamTeam after getting horrible results from a different company. Our light-beige staircase carpet was caked with years of dirt and ground-in soap from the previous "cleaning". The initial efforts by SteamTeam resulted in vastly improved appearance of the carpet. But as the carpet dried, I began to notice a missed area on the first step, and then a slight dinginess on the first three steps as the carpet dried completely. Excellent and friendly service – I have tried many other carpet cleaners but The Steam Team have surpassed the others. They are on time, friendly and go the extra step even on difficult stains on the carpet. Shon Edwards did a great job on my carpet and paid attention to detail on cleaning the dining room chair cushions, wiping the wood dry after the cushions were done. He made sure that the adjacent tile floor was dry and reminded me to be safe when stepping between the damp carpet to the tile floor. GREAT JOB, SHON!
On time arrival to appointment. – They originally gave me a 3 hour appointment window. But the service tech showed up right at the beginning of the appointment time which was really convenient. He also gave me a tip on how to get dents from the previous owners bed in the carpet up - by putting ice cubs on the carpet. I really appreciated that tip.

Excellent Service!! – Had used the Steam Team in another house and had great results. They communicated well prior to arrival, and were very courteous while working. We have moved and had new carpet installed about a year ago. More recently my son came to visit and forgot to take his work boots off before coming in the house.
