Rudest Office Manager I have EVER ENCOUNTERED! – I live in an apt. and I asked some friends who they used for carpet cleaning. I heard the STEAM TEAM was good. I called them and asked if they could clean apartments, and they said yes, but that they were busy and it would be 2 weeks. So, I get my apt. ready for them and lock my cats in the bathroom. Don't waste your time and $$ on other carpet cleaners! – In the busyness of Christmas I called another carpet cleaning company thinking I was calling The Steam Team. They had to come out twice and I was still unhappy. I went to look for my last receipt and realized that I had called a company with Steam in the title, but not The Steam Team. After Christmas I called the Steam Team to come clean my horribly dirty carpets. They came on time, did a wonderful job and my carpets smelled clean as well as looked clean. Awesome service – We had been in dire need of carpet cleaning since we have cats and tend to have lots of company over frequently. I had actually bought a deal on Groupon for the Steam Team, otherwise I don't think I would've taken the initiative to get the service. Needless to say, Shon came on time, was very quick, and did a wonderful job. Our carpet looks like brand new. I highly recommend the Steam Team and will definitely use them again soon!

Excellent Job !! – Ruben and Leo from The Steam Team came into my house with excellent customer service, they explained to me before they started how much my bill was going to be and what they were going to do to my carpets and airducts. I was amazed how my carpets look like new not like 16 years old carpets with stains!! For any other jobs I"ll be needing I'll be calling The Steam Team and asking for Ruben and Leo :) Thank you Ruben and Leo!!!

carpet cleaning – Ruben from The Steam Team just cleaned my carpets and I am very pleased. I was also impressed with the technician who cleaned my carpets in May. Ruben also added a teflon treatment for a very reasonable price and a complimentary bottle of stain remover. He offered other services but there was no hard sell. My 10 year old carpet looks as good as new. I will definately be using The Steam Team in the future.

Carpets Cleaned – I was searching for a carpet company and found Steam Team. I called on Monday and had an appointment the very next day. The technician Eric did a great job and I would refer to other people.

Greatest service and experience – My son-in-law recommended Austin Steam It to me when we were looking for a good cleaning company for our carpet. We had tried 3 others and were just not satisfied. Austin Steam it set up an appointment and arrived right on time. Sergio was excellent. He was very friendly and caring. He worked quickly and did excellent job on the carpets. We will definately use this company for all our tile and carpet cleaning.

Holiday Spills, No Problem – We've been using the Steam Team for over 10 years and for a good reason- consistent quality, affordability and professionalism. Bar none, they are the best in town! Special thanks Shon too for helping us get our carpets back (again)!
