The after a house fire with mostly smoke damage Kevin with the steam team showed up on our doorstep and talked a huge game to get us to choose them. We didn't know the difference from one restoration company to the next so we signed on with them. Worst mistake ever. So much we were dissatisfied with. The team broke our oven when removing it from the house and tried telling insurance it was not salvageable due to the fire. Final bill was sent to us was $4000 more than what we were told. Drywall and tiles will last a couple of decades at least when done correctly. If you choose the Steam Team, they will last 3.5 years. Shop around for better service.

Im sorry about your situation. We provide a 3-year warranty on all of our work, this falls outside of that timeframe. We have agreed to inspect the damage and do what's needed even if it's outside of our warranty. Cracks in drywall are a sign of foundation issues and we had nothing to do with the foundation. Please call our office to discuss further.
EVERYTHING about these people are CRAZY GREAT! USE THEM if you can. They cleaned our carpets. Everything from the first visit to the last was personable, professional and accommodating. They came back TWICE after the job was done to take care of EXTRA services to make us happy. They got rid of a terrible stain that was on our carpets for a year and a half.
