Outstanding rooms. Outstanding service. Two blocks from the White House.
Absolutely awful. If negative 5 stars was an option, they would receive less. My wife and I made a reservation 3 months in advance, only to have our room sold from under us. I was then given a greasy $20 to take a cab ride to a hotel down the road which they would be comping for us. Did I make a reservation at the St. Regis to stay at another less prestigious hotel? No. I'm sure it's a great place to stay unless there's an event going in in DC... Oh wait, that's every weekend. Avoid like the plague.
