At Spudder, the service is fast and everyone's helpful, not just your server. The stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the potato soup are delicious. They bring your rolls in a fun toolbox! I got the fried shrimp and the best baked potato I've ever had! I will definitely go back.
Had a wonderful time with the family. Perfectly cooked steak and excellent wait service. Highly recommend.
I took 2 customers for a business dinner and received very poor service. To add to the poor service, my credit card charge was altered to increase the amount of the tip from $15 to $25. When I spoke to one manager, he totally ignored the fact of the poor service and said he'd process a credit. When I called and spoke with "one of the owners" who initially refused to give me his name, I was told that this had never happened with this server before and that he didn't feel that it was a deliberate case of dishonesty.
