Poor Management Absolutely horrifying moving in process. Right from when we applied for the apartment till we moved in, there have been issues the entire way. On our move in day, the keys were only released after 5:30-5:45 pm. We had left all our baggages in the leasing office where we were waiting to get the keys. 4 of us had to move all the bags we had to our apartments which was a good 5-7 min walk. DON'T DO IT If I could give this place zero stars I would. If anyone is thinking about moving here, please reconsider because it's not worth the cost. Management is horrible and maintenance is okay. It took them over year to fix a hole in my bathroom ceiling and only because I threatening to sue them because my car got vandalize. Zero insulation, cockroach heaven The apartment walls are very thin and you can hear every noise your neighbor is making. Vacuuming at 2am, closing drawers, sneezing, these are just a few. Management's take on the matter "It's apartment living". Cockroaches crawl out of the drains. Pest control is here every month for either crickets, cockroaches or scorpions. I have never been more uncomfortable in an apartment, than I am here. Truly don't waste your time here, you won't be happy.
I love this place! I moved from England to Phoenix 4 weeks ago and moved straight to this apartment complex. This place has everything you need to live a good life. They look after the grass and the whole complex very well. The office team are very friendly and Macy has been helping us throughout the whole moving in. I have never seen roaches Someone said they had roaches..i have never seen roaches and I'm going on 5 yrs living here. It's quiet and every place may have some problems but I have never seen one. Not one...not even many spiders either. It's lovely here. We have new staff now...they seem to be a pretty nice group. I love how maintenance is so prompt. They get the job done. I really appreciate them.
Don't Do It The only good thing about this place is the location and the gate that sometimes works. Other than that they charge you new fees constantly because "policy" is always changing and the front office staff are never of any help, just tell you that you should read your lease agreement because they're always "subject to change" because that makes sense? Unlisted charges increase the cost at end The staff is rude and unresponsive. Amenities are closed or under repair for more than half of the year. Gates/Gate keys are not operational 80% of the time. (At least one of the gates, will be open and under repair all the time) They charge excessively for the following : 1.for the carport (30 $), and for parking a car in the carport (7$) and a tax for car parking (3$). 2.Valet trash is 20$ (Which doesn't function on time more than half of the time) 3. I am sorry to hear that you are having a negative experience at our community. The amenities were closed for a short period of time due to Covid-19 and then reopened with modified hours, however, they have been back to normal operating hours since 09/2020. The fitness centers are 24/7 with all other amenities hours of 9 am - 10 pm daily. Outstanding Apartments I would recommend the Estates of Richardson to anyone looking for apartments. I can't tell you how wonderful and safe these apartments are and how spectacular the office staff are. I moved up here from Austin away from everyone for a job offer that I thought was good. The job was beyond tough, nothing like they told me before signing the contract. Once I started working and discovered how it really was I just wanted to go back to Austin and would cry every night. Owner charges for everything In reviewing the property, the owner charges for everything, from pest control to trash pickup to landscaping. Management does not enforce the rules, cars are parked everywhere and most are illegal. More and more people are moving out due to management.
