Downhill Fast Everything smells. The building we live in has had a serious ant problem for two years now. There is a nasty smell coming from the bathroom sink - I gag every time I wash my hands in there. Then, of course, there's the landfill directly across the street. I know the complex can't do anything about the landfill, but the rest of it should be fixable.
Love the space My apartment location is awesome!!! I've lived here for going on 4yrs. Whatever direction I choose to go, I'm a hop, skip and jump from local retail and grocery shopping, and right off of hwy 121. There's a dog park for my little Beauty on site, there's even a car wash on site!! Every neighbor I've run into has had a great attitude. Not to mention my CLOSET!!! AWESOOOME!! The office staff has always been friendly and accomodating. I really have no complaints.
Hi The apartments are ok and so is the management. I have been here a couple of years and the only complaints I have is that they constantly go up on the rent and the walls are really thin. lastly the gym is one of the best I have seen and there are two.
The Springs at Incredible Creek Like pools? Like timely trash pick up from your front door step? Like super quick access to 121, 35, George Bush? Get anywhere in the metroplex in 20-30 minutes without living in the hustle and bustle of Dallas area local road traffic.
Mr. Fisher the apartments are nice and well care for. The price is great
Don't call for maintenance I have lived there for almost a year now and I can tell you from experience that the maintenance services are less than sub par. Multiple service request and less than satisfactory response. Severe Mice problem for 3-4 months and all I was given was sticky pads and 2 holes filled, clothes washing facilities are out of order 80-90% of the time, Air Conditioning going out, overall cleanliness of the buildings.
